Program the remote control correctly

Would you like to reprogram, reset or add new products to your remote control? 

Here you will find instructions for the different models.

Sundream:

Uninstall the Sundream remote control:

1. Open the back cover of the remote control.
   
   
2. Unplug the Sundream from the power supply and wait at least 10 seconds⏲️
   
   
3. Reconnect the Sundream to the power
   
   
4. Within 30 seconds, hold down the button on the back until you hear a long beep.
   
   
5. Press "Stop" for 2 seconds until you hear a noise
   
   
6. Press "Up" for 2 seconds until the next sound comes
   
   

Reinstall the remote control:

1. Open the back cover of the remote control
   
   
2. Unplug the Sundream from the power supply and wait at least 10 seconds⏲️
   
   
3. Reconnect the Sundream to the power
   
   
4. Within 30 seconds, hold down the button on the back until you hear a long beep.
   
   
5. Press "Stop" for 2 seconds until you hear a noise
