At PERGOLUX, we build pergolas to last, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. If something isn't right, we're here to help—even if your claim falls outside the warranty. Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.

Built to Last – Our Warranty Explained

Your Pergola comes with a layered warranty to keep you covered:

  • 10 Years – The foundation of your pergola: columns, base plates, and beams.

  • 5 Years – Moving parts: louvers, hand crank, screws, and mechanisms.

  • 2 Years – Accessories and electrical components.

Getting Covered is Simple

To activate your warranty, register your product within 30 days of receiving it. Just email warranty@pergoluxshop.com with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

What’s Included?

Our warranty covers the original owner and applies only within the USA and Canada. If an issue arises, we may offer a replacement part, a replacement product, or a financial reimbursement (up to the original purchase price). The installation of replacement parts is the customer’s responsibility.

What’s Not Covered?

We believe in transparency, so here’s what’s outside our warranty:

  • Nature’s Force – Sun fading, storms, salt exposure, extreme weather, natural disasters, or vandalism.

  • Customer Modifications – Changes, misuse, overloading the structure, or failure to follow proper use guidelines.

  • Installation Errors – Not following the provided installation guide correctly.

  • Storage & Maintenance Issues – Mishandling by third parties, improper maintenance, or incorrect storage.

  • Surface Problems – Damage from unstable ground (e.g., shifting concrete slabs).

  • Delayed Installations – If installed more than a year after purchase.

  • Electrical Components – Covered separately for 2 years.

  • Additional Costs – We do not cover labor, disassembly, reassembly, storage, or shipping fees.

  • Accessories and Add-ons – Electrical accessories like motors, lights, and heaters are covered for 2 years, but only if purchased with the pergola.

  • Financial Obligations – Warranty benefits may be put on hold if there are any outstanding payments to PERGOLUX LLC.

How to File a Claim

If you experience an issue, email warranty@pergoluxshop.com within 30 days of noticing the defect. Include:

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Photos or videos showing the problem.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement part, product, or process a refund within 30 days.

Final Notes

  • This warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

  • PERGOLUX LLC reserves the right to provide a financial reimbursement or replacement based on the nature of the claim.

  • This written warranty supersedes any previous warranties and agreements.

  • This warranty is governed by the laws of Delaware and replaces any previous agreements.
