Setting up the pergola with my son wasn’t very difficult and the reward after it was done is awesome, have already had so many compliments on the pergola, thank you so much Pergolux.

Installing this screen was pretty straight forward. It is reasonably heavy so would recommend three people to do the job. It is so long that the aluminum housing deforms just a bit toward the center. It is easy to move up and down. The spring tension is not quite enough on one end to go fully up but it is within about 1/4". I will probably just file a catch slot on that end that the built in spring catch can fall into to hold it fully up. Does a great job of shading us from the afternoon sun which hits our Pergolux Sundance full on. The screen looks very nice when extended.

Pergolux is ready for installation, as long as the weather permits.

Not had the chance to maximise the benefits of the pergola as it was installed last week(December). But looks amazing… highly recommend you use the nominated installers (MHeaven) they were fantastic!

We only originally bought a single screen when we bought our pergola. It was so good at blocking the wind and rain, we bought one for the opposite side. To be honest, we will probably buy another one for the remaining side. Needs two to put it up, but so worth it. Quality.

This decision to buy a Pergola took a long time on my end since I let myself be deterred by the idea that I wanted custom sized for my 15x17 deck. But what I got quoted for that was ridiculous; anywhere from 15k with plastic (!) louvers to 40k uninstalled.

When I found Pergolux, I compared them with other kit sellers like Bon Pergola but found that they not only had the best look and seemed of much more solid quality, but they were also interested in my business without the hard sell.
Every question was patiently answered, countless resources provided so that I could be convinced of the pergolux quality .
I reconfigured my project to work with a 13x13 wall mount Pergolux and boy am I happy about the at minimum 10k saved! The missing footage does not matter a bit and our new deck design with the pergola has been greatly admired during our inaugural party..
The construction is solid. Because our project was connected to a deck built, we had the pergola installed by our contractor in about 5 hours. He who initially connected me to the 15k quoter, now tells everyone about it, since he was impressed by the quality and ease of building.

One more shoutout to their customer service: When our delivery hit a snag (entirely by fault of the logistics provider), customer service was on it and did not let go until the kit made it safely by the deadline of construction to our house. They called me back after hours, kept me informed and showed me they cared about my project and forced the logistics provider to send an extra truck to my door, just to be able to continue the work! They truly cared - well done!!!

have been working on making a frame of wood flush with slate-covered outdoor areas. Next, the plating where the pergola is to be installed must be prepared. My plan is for the 4 foundations to be reinforced under the deck and holes to be drilled in the fixings so that the water is led to under the deck. I haven't gotten so far yet that I've opened the packages to look at the parts yet.
But with good weather in the west, work can be done outside so the tiling will be finished before Christmas . Then we'll see if we install the pergola right away or wait until a little later in the year.
Will send a picture when everything is finished.

It was assembled with good help from good and hard-working guys from an installer. Very pleased. Will be used a lot.
