PERGOLUX Lottery Conditions

Participants are subject to all rules and conditions listed below:

• The prize value can be applied toward an upgrade to another PERGOLUX product.

• Add-ons (screens, glass walls, heaters, etc.) must be purchased separately.

• Transport is not included. Pick-up is available from our Montclair warehouse.

• Installation is not included. Winner is responsible for assembly.

• Only in-person registrations with both email and phone number are valid.

• Minimum age to participate: 18 years.

• Winner agrees to share photos of the completed project for PERGOLUX marketing use.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  

• One entry per person. Multiple registrations will be disqualified.

• Proof of identity is required to claim the prize.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or exchanged except as outlined.

• PERGOLUX is not responsible for damages, injuries, or costs related to transport, installation, or use of the pergola.

• PERGOLUX reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the winner.
