Standard shipping is free for all pergola orders within the continental United States.

The customer's pergola arrives in a kit via freight delivery, on average between 12-15 large boxes. The delivery company will reach out to the customer to schedule the final delivery appointment so that they are home to sign for the product. It will be a white glove delivery experience with a two person unload. They will place the boxes anywhere on the property within reason, including the garage.
