On-site installation typically takes a couple of hours for awnings and a single day for most pergolas, with larger projects like double-pergola setups sometimes running to a second day. Additional services outside the listed scope can be arranged at an added cost, quoted and billed separately through Elite Tech Installs.

Common questions

How is installation scheduled?

Once you purchase an assembly service add-on, we'll notify ETI, who will reach out to you directly to coordinate scheduling around your delivery date. Lead times for installation can vary by location and season, but in most cases, installations are scheduled within 1-2 weeks of product delivery.

If assembly services are purchased for pre-order products or those with longer shipping lead times, ETI will contact you closer to when the product is ready to be fulfilled.

How should I prepare my site?

Before assembly is scheduled, you will receive email instructions with a basic checklist for site preparation steps depending on whether you purchased a pergola or awning product. Standard assembly preparation steps include:

Clear the installation area of furniture, plants, and obstructions.

Make sure the assembly crew has unobstructed site access.

Confirm any required permits or HOA approvals are in place beforehand (if applicable).

What happens on installation day?

ETI handles everything on-site — foundation anchoring, structural mounting, assembly, leveling, and calibration. Most installs take one day; larger or double-structure projects may take two.

What about my warranty?

Because ETI assembles all PERGOLUX products to factory specifications, your product warranty stays fully intact.

What isn't included?

Assembly covers labor for mounting and building your product. It doesn't include structural reinforcement (like a ledger board), concrete pouring for pergola footers, electrical hardwiring, debris removal, or site prep.

Additional requested services outside of the standard assembly scope may be quoted and invoiced separately through ETI based on your unique needs.
