For contractors, installers, and design-build firms

Buy it, install it, keep the margin.

Add PERGOLUX to projects you're already running - without carrying stock.

Sign the Authorized Partner Agreement - same-day portal access.
Order project-by-project, only when you have a sold job. No standing inventory.
Set your own installed price to the client. Your margin is the spread between partner price and what you charge.

Your margin is protected - always.

  • We guarantee your margin. 15% floor, every order, every promo, no exceptions.
  • Most partners run well past that - 20%+ on average.
  • Promo windows never blindside you: we give advance notice before pricing shifts, so you're quoting ahead of it, not scrambling after.
  • Protection extends online: PERGOLUX runs checkout and brand-term search on pergoluxshop.com, so you're never bidding against another partner - or against us - for the same click. Your own site can showcase the work and generate leads; it's not a second checkout competing with your own network.

Program terms

  • No inventory requirements. No minimum order quantities.
  • Free shipping on orders over $4,000 - effectively every order that includes a pergola.
  • Lead times: 5–15 business days in stock · 25–35 business days out of stock · 10–14 weeks for custom builds.
  • Order through the partner portal yourself, or have your Account Manager build the invoice for you.
  • Pay by credit card or wire. Tax-exempt on file with a valid reseller certificate.
  • Set your own installation pricing - PERGOLUX doesn't touch your labor margin.

Warranty - and a line item most partners don't expect

  • Product: 10-year structural, 5-year motorized louver system, 2-year on other electrical components.
  • Labor: covered separately under the partner labor warranty, registered under your business by default.
  • Most partners fold warranty management into their install pricing as its own line item - you get paid to manage it. Prefer not to handle claims? Transfer the warranty to the end client instead, unit by unit, no obligation to do it the same way every time.

Why contractors do this

Add a high-ticket outdoor living line to jobs you're already quoting - no inventory risk, no large upfront buy-in.
