Could not be happier!
This decision to buy a Pergola took a long time on my end since I let myself be deterred by the idea that I wanted custom sized for my 15x17 deck. But what I got quoted for that was ridiculous; anywhere from 15k with plastic (!) louvers to 40k uninstalled.
When I found Pergolux, I compared them with other kit sellers like Bon Pergola but found that they not only had the best look and seemed of much more solid quality, but they were also interested in my business without the hard sell.

Great Product Great Customer Service
This Product was delivered within 1 week of ordering, when I called Customer service I got a live person in the US in less than a minute, The customer service was amazing. The Skydance is a new product so it has a couple issues with operation but the communication has been great and timely with good follow through on their side. The pergola is amazing in teh backyard, we installed in a day, and it really changes our yard. The Heaters (we got 4 of them) warm the room really nice

Pound for Pound - The Best - Not Even Close!!!
I spent literally months shopping for a pergola. It was going to be a huge part of our overall backyard design that included a pool and kitchen. I researched wood types, steel types, alloy types. I needed something modern but not over the top and sturdy. I am in the Dallas area and we sometimes deal with hail storms. I needed to be able to have quick access to louvers to prevent damage. After months of detailed searching, I chose Pergolux Skydance. ---- couldn't be happier with my choice! You will not be disappointed!

Well made pergola!
Perfect pergola! We love its modern look!! Very well made and very sturdy. Assembly was straight forward and because of the good craftsmanship all the pieces fit together very nicely (no frustrations typical with assembly of cheap furniture). Great product!

Would recommend
So cool! I have been wanting something with a good solid removal roof for a long time! Have been searching but all options seem to be way to expensive or cheaply made. PERGOLUX had most of my questions answered by info on website. One quick chat with Kurt and call with a Gal(can’t remember her name) and the unit is on its way. 🎉

FAQ
What do I do with the product in the winter?
A PERGOLUX pergola is basically a maintenance-free product. We still recommend lubricating all moving parts twice a year in early spring and before the winter.
What is a pergola?
A pergola is traditionally a free-standing structure covered with vegetation. In modern times, the word "pergola" is used more freely and a pergola is often described as a structure consisting of four columns with beams on top. In most countries, a pergola is something that is mainly used for sun shade.
At PERGOLUX, sun protection is an important reason for investing in a pergola, but with weather and temperature changes, protection against rain and wind are also important factors.
Do you offer customizable pergolas?
PERGOLUX pergola comes in our standard sizings 10'x10', 10'x13' 13'x13; and 13'x19'. If you wish for a different size these are easy to customize.
Adjustment of height:
Use a suitable saw and cut the columns to the correct height. Then you have to drill 4 new holes for the column base. When the columns have been cut, we recommend that the end where it has been cut is covered with silicone or varnish.
Adjustment of width:
If you want to adjust the width of the pergola, this can be done lengthwise. The slats are placed every 12 cm and you can therefore easily cut the beams between each of the slats. When the beam has been cut, you must also cut a groove at the top and the rain gutters to the same length.
I want to close the gaps to mitigate wind. Is this possible?
Yes!
By using PERGOLUX Screens you can close them to mitigate the wind. You can also install PERGOLUX wooden slat wall to reduce wind. Due to spaces between the slats, this is not windproof but will reduce the amount of wind considerably.
How much wind can the pergola withstand?
The pergola has been tested in strong winds, but we always recommend leaving the slats open when the pergola is not in use so that the pergola does not become a large wind trap and thus damaged by the wind.
What are The Term and Conditions?
1. Install the product
To effectively make use of the PERGOLUX 100-Day Risk-Free trial, the customer is required to fully install and mount the pergola.
2. Trial Period
Our trial period lasts for 100 days. The trial period starts 10 days after the pergola has been dispatched from our warehouse.
3. Shipping costs
Please note, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs if they choose not to keep the pergola after the trial period.
4. No Questions Asked!
If you decide within the trial period that our pergola isn't the right fit for you, you're free to return it. Providing an explanation for your return is not required. We respect your decision, no matter what it may be.
