We recently had our Pergola installed and are very happy with the quality of the product. We finalized on this after a lot of research and are very happy with our decision. Assembly was a little tricky but Paul and him from Martoccia Landscape Services Inc did an excellent job.

The Sky Dance was as described. It is beautifully designed and well made also very well finished. It was relatively easy to assemble. A little hard to find good instructions so we had to look at several helpful YouTube tutorials! Two of the legs had some mild dents, likely from shipping. The biggest annoyance was that one of the power wires had an internal fault and kept tripping the fuse. Luckily the unit comes with two so we were able to relocate the good wire and discard the bad one. This required a lot of disassembly. Overall it is a very good investment and we get countless compliments on it. We opted for the wood slats and two shaded sides on a 13x13

Winner! Decided I was done dealing with umbrellas and stands. Selected my initial model and after consultation with one of your representatives ended up with a different model and couldn’t be happier. Install was smooth, did it myself and only needed 1 extra set of hands for help on 2 steps when installing cross beams. Has been one of best home improvement projects I have done in 20 years! A+ customer service and A++ finished product and end result. Complete game changer for our back yard hangout and entertaining spot! Thank you Pergolux!!!!

Buying was very intimidating. However, the build was simple enough for myself and one other to get it done. The quality, appearance, and structure is beyond words. It can’t look any more beautiful in my backyard. It was the missing item. Every single person that comes over asks where did I get it and how much was it. I know it sucks to buy, but there will be no regrets. The customer service is second to none. Thank you Pergolux for this amazing product that my family and I will enjoy for a lifetime time.

We got several bids to install an outside Pergola. They were huge, think 75k, without install for 13 x 19. I did all the research on pricing and product and ended here. Everything was as promised as we had a great experience. With the money saved we installed stone around the fireplace, got a golf simulator and we are in heaven.

This offseason we upgraded our backyard patio with the help of Pergolux! The Pergolux Skydance S2 is the perfect addition to any outdoor space - it’s modern, luxurious, and extremely durable. We are extremely pleased with the new Pergolux Skydance pergola that we have now had for a couple of months. This is a large and solid structure and found that it was necessary to build the pergola away from the building we wanted it to be located against. We found that the final connections could not be completed from the inside as we had been advised, and we were lucky to be able to lift the entire pergola onto rollers and away from the main building to complete the installation, before rolling back to it's final location. Very pleased to see that the installation instructions have now been greatly improved - it would have helped us tremendously if we had them before we built ours! We had a problem with the motor soon after completing the build but fortunately the help desk quickly arranged a replacement to be delivered. The pergola is very well constructed and we will definitely be recommending it to anybody interested.

Easy to install, but the self-drilling screws should have been improved in terms of quality. Cracked the heads of several people, even using a screwdriver. Have also given feedback on better labeling of equipment that is stored for transport inside beams. I understand that this is noted in more recent drawings, but not on the one I received attached. I also think that the drawings may be a little lacking in detail.
Otherwise, the product works very well and I think I will really enjoy it. Looking forward to the sliding walls coming ???
