Once you purchase the assembly add-on, ETI coordinates scheduling around your delivery date. Lead times are typically a few weeks and vary by location and technician availability.
How should I prepare my site?
ETI sends clear instructions ahead of time: clear the installation area of furniture, plants, and obstructions, make sure the team has unobstructed access, and confirm any required permits or HOA approvals are in place beforehand.
What happens on installation day?
ETI handles everything on-site — foundation anchoring, structural mounting, assembly, leveling, and calibration. Most installs take one day; larger or double-structure projects may take two.
What about my warranty?
Because ETI installs exclusively to PERGOLUX factory specifications, your product warranty stays fully intact.
What isn't included?
Assembly covers labor for mounting and building your product. It doesn't include structural reinforcement (like a ledger board), electrical hardwiring, debris removal, or site prep — you'll be told upfront if anything extra is needed for your specific site.
Assembly is a labor-only service provided by Elite Tech Installs. Final scope, site suitability, and any additional charges (for structural reinforcement, difficult access, or special site conditions) are confirmed by ETI before scheduling. Applies to first-story residential installations; commercial projects are reviewed separately.
