Well it’s up and we are well pleased so far, it is of course early days.
The installation team of Ross and Tim were really excellent, arrived slightly early and completed with a clean up. We would use them again.

Love it now it’s up, not too difficult to build but took more like 6 hours to put up, lots of parts, all relevant of course. But works and looks as described and is a great addition.
Well packaged and all parts present plus some useful spares. Erected it myself without too many problems, fitted together well. I only had one helper, the instructions says you need three people but we managed it. My only real criticism is the lack of a ground plan; I had to ring several times to get the info I needed. Looks great and operates easily.
The Pergola is actually fantastic,I love it, it looks great as well. This would have been a 5 star but I experienced a couple of issues with my order. Firstly no LEDs where supplied which meant only 1/3 of construction was able to happen, then wrong LED were sent, so more delays. The other issue I had was some damage (badly bent) to one of the long gutter beams, this must have happened at factory as there was no damage to packaging. I sent photos to Pergolux but did not receive any response.
The construction of the Pergola isn’t quick, 3-5 hrs seems quite unlikely, even for a installation team, we did this over a course of 3/4 days, and probably took around 10 hours in total. The instructions aren’t the best as they are only drawings with no words or descriptions. However we managed to do it and very happy with the end result. Am tempted to purchase one of the blinds soon as think this would really finish off the pergola.

We would have given it a 5* review except for the ordering system and delivery company they used. We ordered and paid and then asked for a delivery date and were told it was out of stock and it was our fault for not checking but it definitely didn’t say it was out of stock when we paid !!! Then the delivery company sent us 10 emails and texts confirming the date only to cancel twice on the day. In the end I did contact Pergalux and the customer service assistant Mercie was very helpful and chased it up with the delivery company or we would have been waiting even longer. As I said earlier the product is great but they need to work on some areas but would definitely recommend the product and have done to our daughter and son in law

Wether you use the web app or instructions that come with the pergola it’s just a series of pictures , that aren’t completely clear . The odd sentence wouldn’t go a miss Pergolux . Good job the staff were very helpful.
