We got several bids to install an outside Pergola. They were huge, think 75k, without install for 13 x 19. I did all the research on pricing and product and ended here. Everything was as promised as we had a great experience. With the money saved we installed stone around the fireplace, got a golf simulator and we are in heaven.

We are extremely pleased with the new Pergolux Skydance pergola that we have now had for a couple of months. This is a large and solid structure and found that it was necessary to build the pergola away from the building we wanted it to be located against. We found that the final connections could not be completed from the inside as we had been advised, and we were lucky to be able to lift the entire pergola onto rollers and away from the main building to complete the installation, before rolling back to it's final location. Very pleased to see that the installation instructions have now been greatly improved - it would have helped us tremendously if we had them before we built ours! We had a problem with the motor soon after completing the build but fortunately the help desk quickly arranged a replacement to be delivered. The pergola is very well constructed and we will definitely be recommending it to anybody interested.

Easy to install, but the self-drilling screws should have been improved in terms of quality. Cracked the heads of several people, even using a screwdriver. Have also given feedback on better labeling of equipment that is stored for transport inside beams. I understand that this is noted in more recent drawings, but not on the one I received attached. I also think that the drawings may be a little lacking in detail.
Otherwise, the product works very well and I think I will really enjoy it. Looking forward to the sliding walls coming ???

Top quality, solid design, very easy assembly

The product looks as expected. It took a little longer to assemble than what was written. Some minor damage to the material that was registered in the form.

Very nice customer service, got good help from Marielle in the process. Well packed and described, assembled the pergola in a total of 6-7 hours. The product oozes quality and we are reasonably sure that this, and the glass walls/terrace heater that we will eventually have delivered, will make us extend the outdoor season in Trndelag considerably.

This Sundream pergola really is a dream. Visually very stylish and of high quality, the pergola makes the terrace a place where we can now relax even more beautifully. The customer support and delivery was really perfect. Thanks!
