PERGOLUX Heater is a high-quality comfort heat lamp which can be installed directly in the Pergola or on the wall of the house. The heat lamp is delivered in the popular colours white and anthracite grey. The PERGOLUX Heater was developed and tested in Norway. Infrared heating rods and direct heat make the Heater a very popular product. Warm light and easy operation ensure a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Pergolux with screens and heater

Easy to order we ordered the main unit and one side screen last year and additional screens and heater (which gives off loads of heat) this year delivered when it said well packaged good communication had an issue with the motor to operate the roof and after chatting online and a call from the team quickly rectified with a new unit and arrived the next day would order again

S2 comes good

The S2 is an easier build than previous S1 . The winding mechanism is different from the S1 which was integrated and the quality of the winding handle does the job but is a little more flimsy and I wonder how long it will last ( I hope PERGOLUX will stock spares!)
All in all a really great product and highly recommended

Great product, let down slightly by after sales service

The quality of the product cannot be faulted - everything is easy to assemble with a real sense of quality in the design. A star comes off as there were two pieces missing that were not essential to the assembly but still required - no word back after two weeks on when and if these will be delivered. A shame as the product is great, pre sales is great and this issue just takes the shine off it.

Excellent pergola and service

I have already reviewed the lights (which are disappointing) but this review is for the pergola and Pergolux.
We are delighted with our pergola which is as good as they claim. Everything there, amazing packaging and great service delivering exactly as planned.
We received 14 packages so make some space. There’s a lot of cardboard to dispose of. I fail to see how 2 people could assemble it in a day! It seems to have been days! Planning the electrical connection ahead is essential. There are no fixings for the light control box. A pair of spring clips would do the job.
As for the free heater, I won’t be fitting it. Does anybody want a spare?
